国家自然科学基金委年资助项目超4万项 预算248亿
国家自然科学基金规章制度建设新闻发布会日前在京举行。今年是国家自然科学基金委员会创立30周年。国家自然科学基金委党组书记、主任杨卫院士表示，30年来科学基金管理不断走向规范化、法治化，目前已基本建成以《国家自然科学基金条例》为核心的科学基金规章制度体系，为推动我国基础研究持续发展、保障源头创新供给提供了重要法治保障。
国家自然科学基金是中央财政支持基础研究的主渠道。2016年，科学基金预算经费已达248亿元，年资助项目数超过4万项。杨卫指出，要实现资助体量宏大的科学基金管理、保持科学基金的良好声誉，没有法治建设是不可想象的。（来源：仪器信息网）
